STAFF WAS COURTEOUS!!! Amazing! Very easy to schedule appointment and the whole refinishing process took but a few hours. Very little noise and almost no odor! We refinished the floor in my newborn's room and will be pulling up the carpet and doing the whole house in a few months. Staff was courteous, friendly, professional, and made sure I was an informed consumer. Definite 5 stars!!
