A member of the ruling Fidesz party in Hungary has caused outrage after he said women should focus on raising children and have three, four or five instead of one or two.
He was speaking during a debate to introduce sanctions against domestic violence into the penal code.
He said if women had more children the question of domestic violence would never arise.
