The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are to launch a criminal complaint against the photographer who took pictures of the duchess topless, while on holiday in France, as well as the magazine that published them.
Lawyers for the couple are to make the request at a Paris court later today.
Prince William's office has branded the photographs as "grotesque and totally unjustified."
