It's the height of high handedness as J&K Minister Taj Mohiuddin's personal security officer has beaten up a traffic cop in Srinagar. The cop was bloodied for doing his duty. His crime was that he stopped the minister's convoy for jumping the signal. Speaking to TIMES NOW, the minister said that the incident was a 'minor scuffle'.
