Britain's Queen Elizabeth was joined by her husband, Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, at the annual Braemar Gathering in Scotland on Saturday.
Prince Philip was discharged from hospital just two weeks ago following a recurring bladder infection, and has been recovering at Balmoral Castle.
The Queen and Duke were accompanied by Prince Charles, Camilla Parker Bowles and Princess Anne.
The Highland Games are a colorful display of traditional Scottish culture, with bagpipes taking centre stage.
Teams test their strength against each other in the "tug of war".
The Royal visitors were also treated to a graceful and energetic display of Highland dancing.
