Voters hopeful in Ciudad Juarez

Ciudad Juarez, a border city in northern Mexico, has seen unprecedented levels of violence over the past five years. Election officials say that at least 138,000 who would be eligible to vote have either fled the violence or been killed by it.
But, as Al Jazeera's Adam Raney reports, voters who remain are hopeful that things will improve with the elections.
