The images of dead women and children shocked the world after 108 people were killed in Syria's Houla on May 25.
Activists say armed loyalists of President Bashar al-Assad carried out most of the killings, while a government inquiry has blamed rebels.
Survivor Ali el-Sayed says he witnessed most of his family being shot in front of him.
