Syrian doctors set up clinic in Turkey

With the Syrian conflict showing no sign of letting up, the influx of refugees into Turkey continues unabated.

Turkey is worried that a flood of refugees could overwhelm its ability to care for them.

A group of volunteer Syrian doctors are doing what they can to help.

They've set up a clinic in Hatay offering free medical services to sick and wounded refugees.

"After this clinic was opened we felt very comfortable coming here rather than going to a Turkish hospital. We can understand the doctors here, we speak the same language. I think Syrians feel happy that this clinic is here."

Up to 5,000 Syrian refugees a day have been crossing into Turkey over the past two weeks and the UN warned this week that up to 200,000 could settle there if the conflict worsens.
