Hundreds of Bolivians arrested in Chile for attempted drug smuggling have been sent back home.
Over 400 prisoners were pardoned as part of Chile's effort to reduce the numbers in its overcrowded jails.The inmates were welcomed back on the border by their families after serving up to a third of their sentences.
