They have long-served as fashion-statements, or a form of personal expression but now - tattoos are making their mark in an entirely different way.
Though they have saved lives, some medical tattoos telling paramedics -- not to resuscitate their owners are worrying some doctors.
They say -- if you do have a medical tattoo do not get rid of your tag or bracelet as they contain more detailed information and if you are considering a "Do not resusitate" tattoo -- then think twice -- it is not something you can remove easily if you change your mind.
