Florida police are led on a high speed car chase in Miami.
Aerial video shows the driver crashing his car into a chain link fence near a highway off ramp.
The driver then jumps over the fence as police fire shots at him.
At least three other people were pulled from the car and forced to the ground.
The driver has been taken to hospital, although his condition is unknown.
