Two people are dead and at least eight are wounded after a shooting outside the Empires State Building in New York.
Police said one of the dead is the shooter.
The shooting outside of one of a New York landmark building took place around mid morning just two blocks from Penn Station -- one of the city's busiest and most traffic areas.
