The attorney general for the city of Hama resigned, citing the brutal killings, torture, and arrest of Syrian civilians.
Adnan al-Bakkour spoke in a video posted on the internet by activits, where he accused the Syrian regime of liquidating 72 prisoners who were held in custody at Hama central prison.
