Uruguay's military says marines accused of sexually assaulting a Haitian boy while on a UN mission there are back on active duty and receiving full pay.
While a court has said that the alleged victim, Johnny Jean, has not testified, i an exclusive interview he told Al Jazeera that he had not been contacted by investigators looking into the case.
