Uganda forces say they have captured a senior commander of the illusive rebel group, the Lord's Resistance Army.
Caesar Achellam, who served as the chief of intelligence to notorious LRA leader Joseph Kony, was arrested in the Central African Republic.
The LRA has abducted tens of thousands of children to be used as fighters and sex slaves, but Achellam says he has nothing to apologise for.
