An incredible herb with many uses that can be found in most lawns. We see it as a weed. But our ancestors saw it as a powerhouse of vitamins and medicinal uses.
The broad leaf plantain and the narrow leaf plantain can often both be found in the same area. They have tall center stalks with a seed head on top near the end of summer.
The plantain has many valuable uses.
