At least three people are dead, including the shooter -- after he opened fire Monday near Texas A&M University.
A police officer and a civilan were also killed.
On a police scanner, a dispatcher told officers, "We have two officers down that we know of and one female that's been shot in her vehicle."
The shooting came from inside a College Station, Texas home about two blocks from the campus.
