Congress President and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi while talking at a function in Raebareli said that it the moral responsibility of all the people to ensure quality education to all poor children. “Congress-led UPA government wants to make sure that no poor child is denied education for want of money. That was the concept behind the right to education” said Sonia Gandhi.
