The Mentorship Program provides a support team like no other. I've never grown more in understanding what it takes to be a leader, a speaker, a coach, or a mentor than what I've experienced through the JMT mentorship program. The reason why the JMT mentorship program works is because you're given access to (1) mentors that can pour into you their insights, (2) a team that wants to help you with your challenges and (3) a family that wants to celebrate with you in your successes.
