Gopal Goyal Kanda has been rejected by a Delhi court today (August 9). Charged with abetment to suicide and criminal intimidation, the former Haryana minister was declared an absconder by the Delhi Police when he failed to show up for questioning days after being named in Geetika Sharma's suicide note. Meanwhile, his co-accused Aruna Chadha has been remanded to two days judicial custody.
