"There are different legal limits to be over the limit in Utah. It depend on the age, it depend on if you're in a commercial vehicle or not, but the standard is .08 or higher. If you're .08 pr higher you are going to be, what they call per se, a DUI.
People will drink. Some people have a high tolerance for alcohol and they will function well at a level above .08. That's where a lot of people get into trouble. They think they function well and they think they're okay to drive and they're doing well with their driving, but .08 is the law. It doesn't matter if they think they're doing well, if you're .08 or higher you're in violation of the law and you can be arrested for DUI.
