The XXX Olympiad is beginning in London, but many of the events like fencing and javelin throwing seem a little dated. How about adding some modern-day activities like speed texting and prolific tweeting? Or, perhaps the Olympic Committee could have honored Harry Potter's hometown with a worldwide Quidditch competition. Patrick Jones has some ideas.
