Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni has been sworn in for a fourth term after 25 years in power.
At the same time, his main rival -- opposition leader Kizza Besigye -- was being let back into the country after having been denied entry from neighbouring Kenya on Wednesday.
Throngs of Besigye's supporters lined the streets to welcome him home, but security forces fired teargas to disperse them.
