S Africa HIV programme saves thousands

An HIV treatment programme in South Africa is saving the lives of 70,000 babies every year.

It started 10 years ago, after health campaigners won a court battle with the government.

From then on, the anti-retroviral drug Nevirapine was given to pregnant women free of charge.
