Vehicle Plunges into River After Car Wash - as part of the news series by GeoBeats.

While we tend to be very careful when entering a car wash, it's easy to lose focus when exiting it.

A New Jersey woman’s car accidentally ended up in the Hackensack River when she hit the wrong pedal and went over the curb after exiting a local car wash. She suffered minor injuries, and was rescued by one of the carwash employees and a customer who witnessed the accident. The two men jumped into the river after the woman and pulled her out of the car window, which was half open. The woman was in shock and couldn’t say anything to her rescuers.

In another unusual auto accident, the driver died from cardiac arrest after he hit a series of obstacles, starting with a runner. Then, the driver hit a boulder in front of a nearby house, crashed into a parked car and finally ended up colliding with the wall of a house. The jogger suffered minor injuries, but the driver went into cardiac arrest and died.
