China's youth divided over superpower status

China's rise to becoming a global superpower has led to much debate about how the country is exercising its dominance.

Not least in China itself, where the youth are questioning whether or not this power is a force for good.

While China's younger generation enjoying life in a way their parents would have never dreamed, their euphoria is qualified, by a sense of duty.

For some, this is expressed in pride and patriotism. Others are more skeptical of their leaders, raising their voices through the medium of a dynamic youth counterculture.
