Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi while addressing a public rally in Chhattisgarh said that the state government has not been implementing the Central schemes and policies effectively. “The Congress-led UPA at the Centre has made a number of welfare policies for the poor people, women and the deprived. They also send huge funds under these schemes to the state. But here the state government is not serious to utilize those properly” said Rahul Gandhi.
