South Korea anticipates North Korea meeting

North Korea's ruling Workers' Party is preparing for its first conference in 30 years.

Speculation has risen that leader Kim Jong-il will use the meeting to appoint his youngest son as his replacement.

But reports are emerging of fierce in-fighting for control of the party - and the country.
