Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Guitar Hero: Metallica (Part 1) from Budcat Creations and Activision for the Nintendo Wii. Guitar Hero: Metallica is also available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 2. Guitar Hero: Metallica is an interesting rhythm game in that it compensates for its shortcomings with the one thing that matters — playing guitar. It doesn't have the polish and grandeur of The Beatles: Rock Band, and in terms of content, it can't compete with newer releases, either. But for those of a particular musical persuasion, there's simply never been a rhythm game more fun to play than this one. This video review features video gameplay footage of Guitar Hero: Metallica for the Nintendo Wii and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek. Be sure to check out Part 2 of this video feature.
