Man Accused of Keeping His Wife Chained, Beating Her for 10 Years

A west Virginia man was arrested Thursday and is facing charges of allegedly keeping his wife chained up for ten years and beating her. Peter Lizon is facing malicious wounding charges, and may be charged with additional crimes.
