Wikileaks is claiming a court victory in Iceland against a partner of Visa and Mastercard over blocked donations.
The whistle-blower says Valitor has been ordered to start processing payments again or face daily fines worth 5,000 euros.
Several financial companies cut ties to Wikileaks after it published thousands of US government documents.
