In some news that should not shocking anyone, Snoop Dogg was briefly detained in Norway for marijuana possession and for carrying too much cash. The rapper, who is performing in the Scandinavian country, was allegedly carrying eight grams of weed and $4,000 in foreign currency, which exceeds the limit. Snoop was fined.
