Tropical Storm Debby brings flood misery to parts of Florida.
The large storm weakened to a tropical depression as it drifted ashore on Tuesday.
It dumped up to 61 centimetres of rain in some areas of the U.S. state.
Forecasters are warning another 20 centimetres could fall during the following two days.
In one area, Pasco County, up to 20, 000 people were ordered to leave their homes between two rivers.
The storm was raising coastal waters and pushing them inland, stopping rainwater draining out to sea.
Flash flood warnings are in place for many areas.
Emergency officials say more than half the deaths from tropical cyclones in the U.S. over the last 30 years are linked to inland flooding.
