Royal Caribbean's 150 Central Park seasonal menu, created by Chef Michael Schwartz, introduces guests to lychees. The sweet fruit, from local south Florida farmers, is the latest addition to his locally-sourced, farm-to-table menu at the popular, fine dining venue onboard Oasis of the Seas.
