Tropical storm Debby is threatening the coast of Florida in the United States bringing with it strong winds and heavy rain.
Debby has already disrupted nearly a quarter of oil and natural gas production in the Gulf of Mexico as big operators such as BP and Royal Dutch Shell evacuated workers from platforms in the path of the storm.
