A 2 vehicle accident around 1:40PM today during the last minute Christmas shopping rush sent a woman to hospital by ambulance. Codiac RCMP , Paramedics and Moncton Fire responded to this accident on Plaza Blvd in front of the Tim Hortons. Roads were wet at time of the accident due to a bit of snow we had early this morning. 2 Tow trucks were needed to clear the scene and traffic was tied up for about a half hour.
