Causeway Gates NOON before the opening Riverview NB

People for both sides getting ready for the Causeway Gates to be opened. Codiac Regional RCMP were on hand also, and there was alot of media. Noon hour , gates to be opned at 2pm. See other video of the Causeway Gates being opened at 2pm.
