At 11 AM Moncton fire department was dispatched to a call, possible that a bomb was on a truck and trailer with propane tanks at Need's Convenience on High & John . Firefighters staged a block before the store and waited for RCMP to arrive. 2 Officers and the truck driver checked out the truck and other RCMP members started blocking off the streets setting up a perimeter to stop the traffic and pedestrians to get to close to the scene. At 11:40 AM the area was cleared from the RCMP.
