Part of the Pte de Chene wharf was flooded this afternoon, snowing since yesterday and the snow is heavy and melting, making a mess to drive in. It didn't seem to bother seagulls on the wharf as the ice flows were heading past Shediac Island and into the Northumberland Strait.
