Travel Trailer Destroyed in Accident Trans Canada Highway near Moncton

District 4 R.C.M.P. are on scene of a accident that destroyed a travel trailer around 1:30 P.M. this afternoon. The people travelling in the West bound lane of the Trans Canada Highway near the Scoudouc Exit. Long rubber marks on the pavement and into the grass where the vehicle came to a stop. A R.C.M.P. Officer at the scene told me that nobody was injured and there was a propane tank leaking from the trailer and Shediac Fire Dept. responded and arrived around 2:15 P.M. Memramcook Fire also responded to the call but were not needed. A Firefighter took the propane tank and secured it, while other Firefighters helped with traffic. Road conditions were dry at the time of the accident and a flatbed tow truck was needed and was already on scene.
