Jaws of Life needed in Crash, English & Delong

Moncton Firefighters had to use the jaws of life to cut the door off of a 1/4 ton truck involved in a accident just before 8 A.M. on Delong and English Drive in the Moncton Industrial Park this morning. Codiac R.C.M.P. were on scene talking to witnesses, and one of the witnesses told me the 1/4 ton went through the stop sign and the Transport Truck coming from the C.N. Humpyard collided with the smaller truck and he also pointed out the Moose bumper on the larger truck. There was another vehicle on scene and Police and Paramedics checked on a child that was in that vehicle. Airbags were deployed in the 1/4 ton and the male passenger in his 20's was back boarded and transported to the Moncton City Hospital with face pain. Road conditions were dry at the time of the crash and 1 tow truck was needed.
