Mitt Romney targets President Barack Obama's economic record in Pennsylvania, as the Republican presidential hopeful continues his six state bus tour into the American heartland.

He issued a warning about America's ballooning debt, and promised to balance the budget.

"If we stay on the road we're on, we're going to be like Europe, with a bigger and bigger government, demanding more and more, promising more and more and taking more and more."

It is unclear if Romney will win over new supporters on his tour, but his appearances in locales that rarely see presidential candidate could help energize his base in an election that could be won or lost by a razor-thin margin.
