CGRundertow TRINITY: SOULS OF ZILL O'LL for PlayStation 3 Video Game Review

Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Trinity: Souls of Zill O'll from Omega Force and Tecmo KOEI for the PlayStation 3. Released earlier this year, Trinity is an interesting game...in that it's deceptively uninteresting. That is to say it has lots of ambition, lots of dialogue, lots of familiar Tolkienian clichés and a lot less substance. Despite all the grandeur, this is a hack-and-slash action game that gets old after just a few missions. You play Trinity: Souls of Zill O'll with a three-button setup, each of which does a different attack. Mashing them in random combinations performs more powerful attacks, and you can swap the button functions with different maneuvers, as well. But the key in Trinity is that you're not fighting alone. You're joined by two other characters, each with their own set of skills and attributes, and you can swap between them in battle. This video review features video gameplay footage of Trinity: Souls of Zill O'll for the PlayStation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
