China's top Communist Party leaders have begun drawing up ways to handle their booming economy at an annual central committee meeting in the capital, Beijing.
They will approve a new five-year plan for the country's 1.3 billion people, with key slogans emphasising ideas such as "socialist countryside" or a growing "harmonious society".
