Crowds enjoy the Queen's jubilee concert

A day of partying for the United Kingdom as they celebrate Queen Elizabeth's diamond jubilee.

Ten thousand ticket-holders and two thousand VIPs enjoyed the star-studded concert in front of Buckingham palace.

Tens of thousands more watched it on big screens across London.

"I thought she looked quite emotional which she usually doesn't. I think, yes, I think it was a very fitting tribute to her."

"I think the whole weekend has been absolutely gorgeous." (ROACH) Everyone's come out here in numbers with flags on, with hats on, everyone's had a brilliant time, it's just been so much fun and everyone's got really behind the event. It's been great. (HEWITT) Absolutely, and she really deserves it."

With the stellar cast of performers including Robbie Williams, Elton John, Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney, the party lasted through the night.

A grand display of fireworks topped it off.
