FAIR..!!! I was having repeat problems with my brakes after going to the Just Brakes in Brandon. I called their corp office and was sent to the shop in Tampa on 56th street. They did awesome job. They were honest and fair, and best of all, they actually fixed my brakes.
NO BEEF WHATSOEVER!!!! Every option was explained, each defective part was shown to me and the issues were explained in detail. They told me they understood my situation and would do some or all of the work depending on my wishes for each issue they felt should be addressed. I ended up going for about half of the work they suggested and there was no beef whatsoever on their end about that. They understood where I was coming from. I thought they were fair and that's all I expect.
GREAT STAFF!!! Great staff!! Thanks again for all your hard work and making it easy for us! We'll be back, as they say in the movies!
