The photo you want to add will be in your photo files on your computer or at a particular url address. If this is the first time the photo will be added, you'll first have to upload it into your image file database on the blog site. Pick the appropriate section (My Computer or url) and then click on 'browse'. When you find the photo you want, click 'open' or double click on the photo and it will appear in the window next to the 'browse'. Then click on upload.
