Save the Children, the international charity, has said that $40bn annually could help significantly reduce child mortality which is rising due to hunger, malnutrition and disease. In Kenya, severe drought is making young children even more vulnerable. Al Jazeera's Mohamed Adow reports from Wajir, where malnutrition rates are three times higher than anywhere else in the country.
