In preparation for a possible outbreak of the H1N1 influenza virus, Saudi Arabia has been stockpiling medicine for the annual Muslim pilgrimmage this December.

But concern is already mounting over a minor pilgrimmage called Umrah ahead the Islamic month of fasting known as Ramadan.

Al Jazeera's Rawya Rageh reports from Egypt's capital where debate has emerged over whether the pilgrimage should be banned altogether this year.
