Police cordon off the centre of Finnish village Hyvinkaa following a shooting rampage that has left two dead.
Officials say a gunman opened fire from a rooftop, killing a pair of 18-year-olds and wounding several others.
Police arrested a young man wearing camoflauge in connection with the shooting.
(SOUNDBITE) (Finnish) DETECTIVE INSPECTOR MARKKU TUOMINEN, SAYING:
"The background of the perpetrator is almost clean. There is hardly any information about him in the police files. He is an 18 year-old young man. Now we are going to investigate his background."
The motive for the attack remains unclear, but police say the suspect was likely acting alone.
Hyvinkaa is located about 50km outside the Finnish capital of Helsinki.
